Benriner is known worldwide for its high-quality mandolins made of a handmade steel blade and BPA-free, food safe plastic frame. The mandolin is perfect for cutting thin slices or shredding vegetables and root vegetables. With stepless adjustment of the blade you can easily adjust how thin discs or strips you want.
Recommended cleaning by washing up for hand. Sharpen the blade when needed by unscrewing it and sharpen with a sharpening stone.
